U.S. Alarm Brokers is a truly local Tucson home security company and low voltage commercial contractor. Providing service to all of Arizona from our home base in Tucson.

Our company was created when a 35 year veteran of the Tucson Police retired, and partnered with experts in the home security industry. We have now been serving Southern Arizona for the last 11 years.

Why the name U.S. Alarm Brokers?

Most companies will choose one manufacturer they buy from. It makes it easier to train employees on that one system and gives them the ability to get volume pricing.

We found that using just one manufacturer did not allow us to customize the alarm system and security plan enough to fit each clients specific need.

Creating relationships with all of the manufactures and offering more options helped us achieve more of our customers goals.

My husband called and spoke with Brandon and within a few days he was at our home meeting with us. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us equipment we did not need. Brandon was awesome about listening and recommending products for my needs. Brandon brought his installers to my house to reviewed what I was wanting. They made recommendations that I had not thought of. Brandon is very accessible and responsive to any questions. His team installed the cameras and reviewed how to use them and set up the software on my phone and computer. My wife and I are thrilled with the new system. We have a local sandwich shop which includes multiple locations in Tucson. All of our stores have alarm systems through US Alarm and we are very happy with the service. They go out of their way to ensure all of our restaurants are secure. We had a sensor that we blocked with a very large plant. This plant caused a false alarm twice the other night. The very next day Brandon came out and tested the sensor. The sensor was fine and instead of having us move the plant he relocated the sensor. I called for the service on Monday and their schedule was booked. they still made it out the same day I called. Their support and service is a step above all others. Thank you keep up the good work!!!
